Our menu items are uncomplicated and made from ingredients that are supplied from our in-house supply chain and designed to deliver high consumer value at healthy margins for owners.

Our In-House Supply Chain

An in-house supply chain helps us keep food costs down and build in protection against the fluctuating price of commodities. We buy food and smallwares in bulk for franchisees and, because we have internal distribution systems, we can break down larger cases of products so franchise partners don’t have to tie up money in extra inventory sitting on the shelf. When you need only one sponge, you can buy only one sponge! This helps protect profit margins and cuts down on waste.

Breakfast is Profitable

Breakfast food accounts for almost 70% of our sales, and since these items are traditionally cheaper than other meal items, our franchise partners tend to see better margins than restaurants that focus on traditional lunch and dinner items. Our menu mix and on-staff Purchasing Director shelters franchisees from radical swings in food costs.
