Six Steps to Becoming a Part of the Huddle House Family

We want to make sure that our franchise owners are a great fit for our company, and having a thorough understanding of who we are, what we represent, and how our business works is a great start.     Initial Call & Franchise Report

    After you fill out the online info request, you will receive a comprehensive Franchise Information Guide to learn more about the Huddle House ownership opportunity. You will also receive a call from a Development Director to answer any preliminary questions and discuss your evaluation process in detail.

    Tell Us More About You

    Complete a short Information Sheet via DocuSign to provide general information about your background and financial qualification. Your Development Director will review the completed document with you and obtain a pre-approval to move forward.

    Learn More About Us

    You will receive our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which contains a lot of information about Huddle House, our system, and the agreements you will sign to become a franchise partner. We want you to make an informed decision, so we provide as much information as possible to help you learn what to expect as an owner. During this step, you will have multiple calls with your Development Director to continue to evaluate if we’re a good fit for each other. We can also help you connect with other Huddle House franchise partners to get feedback about their experience.

    Complete the Application Packet

    We will ask you for some additional documentation to complete your formal approval package. This includes financial statements, background check, and a short Operations interview to cover your business plan for operating the restaurant.

    Meet the Team Day

    The final step before the big decision is to “huddle up” and meet us in person! You will spend time at the Huddle House Support Center in Atlanta, GA, and get the chance to meet the Executive Team and Support Team members from real estate, construction, marketing, training, operations, and food supply. You can ask us any remaining questions about how we will support you throughout the lifetime of your business.

    Franchise Agreement Signing

    You will receive final approval immediately after Meet the Team Day, and we will issue you a Franchise Agreement to sign after the legal disclosure waiting periods have expired (2 weeks after you first received the FDD). Once you sign and pay the franchise fee, our team jumps into action to start work on securing your site, constructing your restaurant, and getting you open for business!
