Huddle House franchise targets more growth in the Southwest.
At Huddle House, we’re always looking for ways to strengthen our brand and extend our reach. So we’re happy to announce our new joint venture with CEFCO Convenience Stores, a 250-plus unit convenience store company based in Temple, Texas.
Adding Huddle House restaurants to some of CEFCO’s locations is part of our innovative growth strategy. With more than 400 restaurants across the country, we have our sights set on introducing the branded Huddle House Southern hospitality to as many consumers as possible.
A convenience store location provides travelers with an appealing family-style full-service diner option on the road. It will be a real draw for families to be able to fill up the tank and then take the kids somewhere other than a fast-food joint.
Huddle House and CEFCO are launching their deal with two Texas locations this spring, in Mt. Vernon and Jarrell.
“Expanding our restaurants into non-traditional locations supports our growth strategy, which targets unique real estate opportunities, such as convenience stores and travel centers to expand our customer base,” says CEO Michael Abt. “We are pleased to announce the signing of these initial two locations as it will further the brand’s growing presence and awareness throughout Texas.”
Huddle House is a 24-hour concept that was founded in 1964. Our philosophy is “Any Meal. Any Time.” Breakfast favorites like biscuits and gravy are a big seller, but our customers also enjoy our burgers, fries and shakes and updated options like sweet potato fries. The moment they walk in the door, guests are greeted by friendly servers and cooks. Our customer service tradition blends well with CEFCO.
“CEFCO has a long history of taking care of our customers with outstanding service, clean facilities, best-in-class restrooms, great products and a commitment to the communities we serve,” says Brett Giesick, Chief Retail Officer of CEFCO. The company has stores in Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and New Mexico. “We are just as committed toward providing these same levels of service to our Huddle House guests.”
In addition to convenience store locations, Huddle House also has locations in travel centers as well as freestanding stores. If you’d like to learn more about becoming a Huddle House franchisee, fill out our form to download our free report or call us at (770) 626-7286.
