Protecting Your Privacy
At Huddle House, Inc. we understand the need to protect your privacy. While visiting
the Huddle House site, you may be asked to provide certain identifying information
about yourself. This information could include your name, address, phone number,
email address, etc. The decision to provide this information is entirely voluntary.
If you choose not to provide personal information, you still will be able to visit
most areas of the Huddle House site.
Information and Purpose
The personal information that we collect will depend upon the functions that you
are performing on the website. For instance, customer feedback surveys may not require
detailed information about you, however, we will need specific information for job
inquiries, franchise inquiries, purchases, contests and eClub enrollment.
If you enter a contest or other promotion, we may ask for your name, address and
e-mail address so that we can administer the contest and notify winners. If you
have opted to enroll in our eClub, you will occasionally be notified about special
promotions and offers that we think you will find valuable.
If you prefer that we do not use your personal information for direct marketing
purposes, simply decline to enroll in the eClub or respond to the promotional e-mail
in the manner provided within each communication you receive.
Huddle House will not disclose the information it collects to outside parties.
Huddle House does not sell, trade or rent your personal information. Huddle House
may provide aggregate statistics about our customers and related site information
to reputable third party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally
identifying information
